Shelby’s Flower Shop

ES Engineers took pride in their design-build project for Shelby's Floral Shop, which encompassed several key elements. Their design included a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) for effective ventilation and Heat Pump Air Handling Units (AHUs) for precise climate control. What set this project apart was the seamless coordination with the open structure of the space, resulting in a clean and visually appealing aesthetic. Additionally incorporated were coiling sprayers to facilitate efficient flower preparation and maintenance. Service sinks were strategically placed for easy access, ensuring seamless daily operations. Beyond the sales floor, ES Engineers served space for a small office area and a comfortable break room, creating a practical and well-rounded layout for the shop. This harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics ensured that Shelby's Floral Shop not only had a comfortable and healthy indoor environment but also a visually inviting space for customers to enjoy the beauty of the floral arrangements. 

Unverferth Business Office and Warehouse

Size: 15,000 sqft

Location: Richland, WA

The Unverferth project included a semi-heated storage warehouse coupled with a connected office space. To maintain a comfortable working environment in the office, ES Engineers employed a heat pump heating system and an energy recovery ventilator (ERV), ensuring efficient ventilation while keeping operational costs in check. This cost-effective design not only optimized energy usage but also maintained a pleasant and productive atmosphere for the Unverferth team across both the warehouse and office spaces.  

CAL Cars Showroom and Sales Office

Size: 5,000 sqft

Location: Coeur D'Alene, ID

One of many design builds performed by ES Engineers, CAL Cars showroom is an ongoing effort between owners, engineers, and contractors to work as a team for the best, most effecient end product. Exemplifying the lake town look and hiding ductwork and piping when possible is on the forefront of the design.

Brantingham Park Business Warehouse

Size: 40,000 sqft

Location: Richland, WA

This project involved three distinct buildings, each with connected office spaces and storage warehouses. Employing a design-build approach, ES Engineers collaborated closely with the owner to ensure a swift construction process and meet the owner's specific requirements. This effective coordination and mechanical design expertise contributed to the project's success, delivering a functional and operationally efficient space for the business.
